Frequently asked questions

  • We would be more than happy to have your little ones at our celebration. A crèche with on-site childcare will be available, so you can enjoy the day and party worry-free. We only ask that the ceremony itself remain child-free.

  • There will be transportation organised from/to Sotogrande and Gibraltar.

Taxis can also be called to the venue for pick-up.

    Further details to be confirmed.

  • Due to limited capacity and our desire to keep the celebration intimate, we will only accommodate guests who are formally invited. We kindly ask that only the name(s) listed on your invitation attend.

  • We would love for you to stay with us at the venue and spend a little more time together. Staying guests will be invited to our welcome dinner on 6 October, as well as a poolside lunch BBQ on 8 October.

Your stay will include breakfast, with payment made directly at checkout on either 8 or 9 October.

For pricing and room availability at Finca Monasterio, please reach out to Will or Tuti directly.

We’ll share more details with our staying guests closer to the date.

  • For rather obvious reasons, we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white on the day of the wedding. We would also appreciate guests following the dress code — no casual wear, please.

The dress code can be found on the details page. If you have any questions or need further clarity, feel free to reach out to Will or Tuti.

  • We recommend block heels for comfort, as both the ceremony and dinner will take place on grass. We kindly suggest avoiding stilettos, as they may sink into the ground.

  • We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us.

Outside the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

  • We feel incredibly lucky to be celebrating with you. Truly, your presence is the only gift we need. If you wish to give something, we invite you to support our chosen charities instead:

    Brain Tumour Research

Since Tuti’s father, Zulkarnain, passed away from glioblastoma when she was 8, she has been deeply passionate about supporting brain cancer research and helping those affected by this devastating disease. Your support on her behalf to Brain Tumour Research would mean the world to her.

    Cardiac Arrest In The Young

In 2022 Will’s primary school friend Sam Little passed suddenly at 31 years old.

At such a young age Sam achieved so much, leaving an inspiring legacy. He was an award-winning artist and architect, and he released three albums with his band Talons. I was lucky enough to see them live at festivals and gigs around the UK.

WIll has wonderful memories of Sam starting at primary school and our village football team. Those who grew up around Sam were shaped and inspired by his sense of humour and childlike sense of wonder.

Cardiac Risk in the Young is a charity who help to prevent young sudden cardiac deaths through awareness, screening and research, and supporting affected families.

  • If you are vegetarian or have any allergies or intolerances, please let us know when you RSVP.

For our muslim guests: please note that whilst the menu we’ve curated will not include pork, we cannot guarantee halal preparation. If this is a concern, we strongly recommend letting us know you’d prefer a vegetarian meal.

  • The bride doesn’t drink, so please don’t feel any pressure to do so.

Regardless of your reasoning, there’s absolutely no expectation to hold a glass of champagne if you’re not comfortable. We’ll have a selection of thoughtfully curated non-alcoholic options available throughout the day.

When you RSVP, simply let us know if you prefer alcohol-free drinks.

  • If you have any questions that aren’t answered here, please reach out to Will and Tuti.

However, closer to the wedding, please contact our coordinator – Jessica.
